Little does Orgun realise, but Rangu is capable of reading the thoughts of his opponents, consequently Orgun is thrown around and generally wasted during the early stages of the confrontation. Whilst the battle rages, Leave comes to realise what Orgun is fighting to protect. She too understands the nature of Orgun's fight and so aids the armoured warrior in his fight against Rangu though at a price. Leave sacrifices her own existence in order to take out Rangu, though she does so having at least fought on humanity's side.
